Hey Guys!
Ok I failed in my mission to post this on Wednesday, it’s Thursday now… So a quick update…
The lion park was amazing on Tuesday. We stroked baby lion cubs and fed a giraffe which was awesome! Started our projects yesterday so busy meeting lots of new and amazing people.
Feeling a bit home sick at the moment… Missing you guys lots! But South Africa is a fantastic country and I’m having the best time… Don’t worry though, I’ll definitely be back in England… For a bit!! 
Hope you are all ok and thanks for all your coments and messages. Keep them coming – I love getting them even if I’m useless at replying to you all! Feel free to text me anytime. If you don’t have my number, ask someone else and they might!

Wow Nic! You have been a busy bee. Over 30, bet your golden brown already. Cold has hit here, I’m currently on two layers of socks. How does one reach high enough to feed a giraffe? Sounds like your in a linguistics dream land, how soon before the book comes out? Good luck remembering all the new names. Really glad you have a lovely house to go back and relax in at the end of your busy days. Keep the blog coming it is amazing being able to keep up with your various adventures and achievements. Hi Nicola, It is great to hear that you are settling in – it certainly sounds like you are going to have a fascinating time out in SA. It is so nice to be able to keep up to date with what you doing. I have got your website “favourited” on my computer and I will check in to your blog whenever I can.
Will you have a chance to travel around SA a bit during your stay?

It’s really great to hear how much fun your having down in SA. I’m amazingly jealous about the lion park. that sounds so much fun. But I’m wondering what your travelling companion, Mr Joseph Berk thought about you being with other giraffes!! Missingg you loads honey.
