Hi Nic, Not at all sure that this is going to work but I’ll give it a go. It is great to hear how much you are enjoying yourself and how God is blessing you. Actually, it was very weird to literally hear you yesterday. I thought Michael had a strange woman in his room (I do not mean that you are strange – you know what I mean) Anyway, I am pleased to report that he was a much happier man after your call. I can not believe it was so clear, we could hear all the back ground noises – was it equally clear your end?
Did you get to touch the tortoises? The whole place sounds like paradise.
You must be learning so much about yourself and other people. I feel quite pathetic in what I have ‘achieved’ in my life in comparison. I hope the hospice day went well, does everyone speak English or do you use an interpreter? Has this experience made you rethink your future?
Life here is cold and very damp, it will be a very different Christmas than the last one we celebrated!
